My journey as a holistic coach is deeply rooted in my curiosity for learning from different cultures and immersing myself in their wisdom. Having lived across multiple countries, I’ve embraced diverse perspectives on well-being, spirituality, and personal growth.
As a certified yoga teacher, I integrate Buddhist teachings into my spiritual practice while also drawing from my Christian upbringing and studies in Kabbalah. My curiosity has led me to explore astrology, herbal medicine, nutrition, tarot, family constellations, and more—each offering valuable insights into how we can heal and grow.
My aim is to support people in becoming healthier and happier as they navigate this physical world, helping them deepen their spiritual connection while leveraging their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
